I'm Mona Irrmischer, neuropsychologist, mindfulness trainer, body-oriented psychotherapist and researcher.

The goal is to improve the quality of life. This can mean reducing stress and anxiety, or increasing one's natural potential and looking beyond the ordinary.

We are all different so I offer a wide range of techniques that target the mind (psycholgy, mindfulness) and the body (breathwork, bioenergetics) with real life applications.
